Following points must be considerable before reaching any final conclusion :-
Firstly, why would the police do an encounter at night even when they knew that it is highly dangerous against a big gangster. (where they already planned to kill him due to any political pressure, as had connnection with many political parties?) he was accused of 60 cases from 1991 to 2020, why did at a certain night the sudden urge to arrest him aroused within police??
His cousion brother who travelled in police vehicle was killed by an encounter at the night , I am not sure but maybe he was being taken to the police station ( what is the logic to take a criminal to police station at night , and the police gives statement that the criminal tried to flee away by snatching their guns, obviously why would one snatch a gun of a police man when he knew that he cannnot handle more policemen than him?
Vikas dubey fled across many states and police could not do any thing...(inefficiency of police). I don't think that police would be able to catch him if he would not have voluntarily disclosed his identity at ujjain mandir. the MP police arrested him in daylight around afternoon.... but why did UP police not came to take him in day , and in night , they have a sudden urge to arrest him ( shows the real dedication of police).
Last 15 minutes of vikas dubey.........
Media was following the vehicle in which he was being taken by police. vikas dubey was in Tata safari. after some time vehicle of media has been stopped in police checking and they didn't allow him to go ahead. After 15 to 20 minutes police officials allow media vehicle to go ahead, and during this 15 to 20 minutes every thing had been happened, One car (TUV 300) of STF crashed due to high speed and vikas dubey try to run by snatching their guns (same story with twist?).......and he fired on policeman and died in the cross firing of STF. Now the question has been raised......
- How can one flee from turned vehicle ? even vikas dubey was in Tata safari....
- Vikas dubey's one leg was malfunctioning, he didn't even walked properly.
- He voluntarily made himself arrested, then whey he again flee from police.
- is it so ease to turn upside a SUV , police is from south film actor I gess
CONCLUSION:-
I am not in support of vikas dubey , he deserve a good punishment for his crimes . But it is the court in india who decides that what punishment should be given to whom. If police started to punish a criminal in this way on the road then someday an innocent one may be encountered like this for someone personal interest or for the shake of hostility on the edge of power & money.
Actually the Government or the politicians do not want him to be presented in the court otherwise he may have given statement about the politicians black faces in front of court, and majority of policemen , politician would have been exposed. so what can be better than an encounter?
